The sandy beach is perfect for families, and the rock pools provide hours of fun. Not far from Looe is Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary where you can see and learn all about rescued primates. It's a great day out for the whole family. Polperro, a little further along the coast, has a heritage museum full of local history.
For a long walk in the countryside, Duloe Stone Circle – a 4,500 site – can be reached via pretty Herordsfoot village. The walk is about 3 miles from the holiday park, so it can take you most of the day to go there and back, but it is a wonderful way to enjoy the local area.
Deerpark Forest is a secluded park with cosy wooden cabins for a peaceful holiday away from it all. It's the ideal place to spend time together as a couple or family group.
