The 2 bedrooms can sleep up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a zip and link super king-size bed that can be twin beds on request.

The lounge has an impressive smart TV with free view. It also comes equipped with DVD player and iPod docking station.

There is free wi-fi throughout the cottage. The kitchen is quaint with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and tiled floors.

The dining room has a stunning view of the farmland. All meals at the dining table will be memorable.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.

The cottage is a 20-minute walk to the historic village of Culross with its cobbled lanes, red pantiles roofs and houses dating back to medieval times.

There are plenty of outdoor activities, such as walking, cycling or horse riding.

There are a number of established bridle paths, footpaths and cycle paths in the area. The owner’s land leads to the ancient Balgownie Wood, perfect for a day walk. Visitors might find the village familiar. It was the filming location for the internationally acclaimed TV series “Outlander”. Devilla Forest is another great place for a walk or cycle. You can expect to see an abundance of local wildlife along the way.

With a shop 1¼ mile, and the pub and restaurant are only 1 mile from Culross. The cottage is centrally located with the attractions of Edinburgh, Falkirk, Stirling, Glasgow and Dunfermline all within reach.
