Guests will be impressed as soon as they walk through the door of this outstanding holiday home. The spacious living room with its beamed ceiling and leather sofas has glorious views of the surrounding fells.

There is an L-shaped country-style kitchen/diner, with everything you need to prepare family feasts which can be eaten at the large dining table or if you'd prefer; there are pubs and award-winning restaurants within driving distance.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms; one of which has a king-size bed, TV and sofa, plus a family bathroom and a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor there's a master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 of which has a zip link bed which can be a super king size on request, there's also another family bathroom and a separate shower room.

Outside there's a safe enclosed garden an ideal play area for children and dogs with a fabulous bespoke seating area made from local slate; the perfect spot to marvel at the breath-taking views.
